"A Tree Falls in the Woods" Group Exhibition
Hashimoto Contemporary SF is pleased to present A Tree Falls in the Woods, a group show curated by FMLY. This dynamic exhibition features a roster of acclaimed artists from diverse locations and backgrounds; each creating their own rich narratives that transcend current trends, styles and subject-matter.
In our rapidly changing world, the featured artists’ adept use of traditional tools and mediums speak to a transcendence of time and their formidable skill and vision. Each artist’s distinctive style is linked through their meditative studio practice, a welcome respite from the frenetic pace of mass image consumption. The work in Tree Falls in the Woods presents a moment of solace, each piece serving as an intrinsic response to the contemporary moment.
